## The 3:5 framework

### Three stages

1. **Assess:** Measure readiness and find what could break in another market.
2. **Build:** Create the assets that solve the highest-risk readiness gaps.
3. **Multiply:** Pilot with a capable operator, improve the model, and repeat.

### Five readiness areas

Leadership, Client, Delivery, Knowledge, and Systems.

### Five asset types

Method, Delivery, Knowledge, Ownership, and Systems.

> Readiness is the diagnosis. Assets are the prescription.

A low Leadership Readiness score may require stronger Ownership and Systems. A low Delivery Readiness score may require Method, Delivery, Knowledge, and Systems to work together.
