The first practical step

The Operating Model Assessment

Find the highest-leverage opportunity to help your business grow beyond you.

$3,500

A focused strategic engagement for founders who have built something that works but need clarity about what to systemize, transfer, automate, or scale next.

The fit call is not a product demo. It is a conversation to understand your business and determine whether the assessment is the right next step.

What the assessment solves

You do not need another list of ideas.

You need to know what to build first.

AI. Automation. Documentation. Onboarding. Training. Dashboards. Sales systems. Partner programs. Leadership processes.

The challenge is not generating ideas. It is identifying which operating-model improvement will produce the greatest strategic value. The assessment creates that clarity.

Fit

The assessment is a strong fit when:

A strong fit

  • Your business already creates proven value.
  • Growth depends too heavily on a few leaders.
  • Valuable knowledge has not become a repeatable system.
  • You want to improve onboarding, delivery, leadership, sales, or distribution.
  • You want a clearer AI or automation strategy.
  • You will involve people closest to the work.
  • You want assets your company can own.

Not a fit

  • You are still validating the basic business model.
  • You only want a quick software quote.
  • You will not examine current workflows.
  • You need emergency implementation.
  • You want technology without organizational change.
  • You want free consulting disguised as discovery.

What you receive

A focused diagnosis and a practical path forward.

01

Founder and Leadership Discovery

One 60–90 minute founder session, up to two stakeholder conversations, and review of relevant materials.

02

Five-Layer Operating Model Review

We examine outcomes, people, systems, knowledge, and technology to find friction, dependency, ownership, handoff, reinforcement, automation, and measurement gaps.

03

Prioritized Opportunity Map

Opportunities are evaluated against strategic value, founder leverage, customer value, effort, technology readiness, risk, speed to impact, and scalability.

04

Recommended Operating Model

One focused recommendation: target outcome, current problem, future model, ownership, workflow, knowledge, technology, measures, risks, and implementation path.

05

Agent or Automation Concept

When technology is part of the recommended model, you receive a concept and implementation specification including purpose, trigger, inputs, workflow, oversight, systems, and measures.

06

Implementation Roadmap

A practical sequence identifying what to do first, what to delay, what to pilot, who to involve, what systems may be required, and how progress is measured.

07

Executive Readout

A working session to explain the diagnosis, walk through the model, answer leadership questions, refine assumptions, and clarify next steps.

The process

How the engagement works.

Fit Call · 30 minutes

Discuss the business, current constraint, and desired change. Determine whether the assessment is likely to create value.

Mutual Decision

If we both see a fit, Thirty Five sends a short agreement, scope confirmation, payment link, scheduling instructions, and initial request.

Agreement and Payment

The assessment begins after the agreement is signed, payment is completed, and discovery is scheduled.

Discovery

We interview the founder and selected stakeholders and review relevant materials.

Analysis and Design

We evaluate the selected area and develop the recommended operating model.

Executive Readout

We present findings, answer questions, and discuss the implementation path.

Choose the Next Step

Implement internally, use another trusted partner, or ask Thirty Five to propose implementation. There is no obligation to continue.

Timeline and investment

Focused enough to move quickly. Deep enough to create real clarity.

Most assessments are completed within approximately two to four weeks after the initial discovery session.

Timing depends on stakeholder availability, complexity, existing materials, systems involved, and speed of feedback.

Assessment investment
$3,500

Includes discovery, stakeholder input, operating-model analysis, opportunity map, focused model design, roadmap, and executive presentation.

Not included unless separately agreed: production development, full agent deployment, enterprise integrations, complete SOP documentation, ongoing consulting, change management, data migration, or legal franchise design.

What may happen afterward

The beginning of clarity—not a commitment to a large project.

Internal Implementation

Your team uses the assessment to guide its work.

Focused Pilot

Thirty Five helps test the model in one contained area.

Model Implementation

Thirty Five works with leadership to build and deploy the model.

Ongoing Optimization

Measure, improve, and expand the model over time.

Any future engagement is scoped separately. The assessment stands on its own.

Frequently asked questions

What founders ask before they begin.

What happens during the 30-minute call?

We discuss your business, the issue creating the most friction, what you have tried, and what you want the business to become. We determine whether the assessment is the right engagement.

Is the call free?

Yes. The fit call is free. The Operating Model Assessment is $3,500.

Will I receive a payment link during the call?

No. If we both agree there is a fit, Thirty Five sends a short agreement and payment link afterward.

Do I have to decide during the call?

No. The goal is mutual clarity. You may review the agreement before deciding.

What happens after I pay?

You receive onboarding instructions, an information request, and options for scheduling discovery.

Is this an AI assessment?

Not specifically. AI may be part of the recommendation, but the work begins with outcomes and operating requirements.

Will you build the solution?

The assessment includes a roadmap, not full implementation. A separate engagement may be proposed if it makes sense.

Can I take the recommendation to another company?

Yes. The assessment materials belong to your company.

Is AOS included?

The assessment uses the AOS Method to capture, reinforce, duplicate, and measure. It is methodology, not a separate software purchase.

How many people will you interview?

The standard assessment includes the founder and up to two additional stakeholders.

How long does it take?

Most assessments are completed within approximately two to four weeks after initial discovery.

What businesses are the best fit?

Proven founder-led businesses where growth depends on transferring knowledge, improving execution, enabling leaders, or creating a model others can carry forward.
