Founder and Leadership Discovery
One 60–90 minute founder session, up to two stakeholder conversations, and review of relevant materials.
The first practical step
Find the highest-leverage opportunity to help your business grow beyond you.
A focused strategic engagement for founders who have built something that works but need clarity about what to systemize, transfer, automate, or scale next.
The fit call is not a product demo. It is a conversation to understand your business and determine whether the assessment is the right next step.
What the assessment solves
You need to know what to build first.
AI. Automation. Documentation. Onboarding. Training. Dashboards. Sales systems. Partner programs. Leadership processes.
The challenge is not generating ideas. It is identifying which operating-model improvement will produce the greatest strategic value. The assessment creates that clarity.
Fit
What you receive
One 60–90 minute founder session, up to two stakeholder conversations, and review of relevant materials.
We examine outcomes, people, systems, knowledge, and technology to find friction, dependency, ownership, handoff, reinforcement, automation, and measurement gaps.
Opportunities are evaluated against strategic value, founder leverage, customer value, effort, technology readiness, risk, speed to impact, and scalability.
One focused recommendation: target outcome, current problem, future model, ownership, workflow, knowledge, technology, measures, risks, and implementation path.
When technology is part of the recommended model, you receive a concept and implementation specification including purpose, trigger, inputs, workflow, oversight, systems, and measures.
A practical sequence identifying what to do first, what to delay, what to pilot, who to involve, what systems may be required, and how progress is measured.
A working session to explain the diagnosis, walk through the model, answer leadership questions, refine assumptions, and clarify next steps.
Your assessment package
Three connected themes. Five practical deliverables in each. One integrated package your company can use to decide, design, and move forward.
See where the business depends on individuals, where execution breaks down, and which opportunity creates the most leverage.
Define how outcomes, ownership, workflows, knowledge, and technology should work together in the recommended model.
Turn the recommendation into a measurable sequence leadership can evaluate, resource, and begin implementing.
The process
Discuss the business, current constraint, and desired change. Determine whether the assessment is likely to create value.
If we both see a fit, Thirty Five sends a short agreement, scope confirmation, payment link, scheduling instructions, and initial request.
The assessment begins after the agreement is signed, payment is completed, and discovery is scheduled.
We interview the founder and selected stakeholders and review relevant materials.
We evaluate the selected area and develop the recommended operating model.
We present findings, answer questions, and discuss the implementation path.
Implement internally, use another trusted partner, or ask Thirty Five to propose implementation. There is no obligation to continue.
Timeline and investment
Most assessments are completed within approximately two to four weeks after the initial discovery session.
Timing depends on stakeholder availability, complexity, existing materials, systems involved, and speed of feedback.
Includes discovery, stakeholder input, operating-model analysis, opportunity map, focused model design, roadmap, and executive presentation.
Not included unless separately agreed: production development, full agent deployment, enterprise integrations, complete SOP documentation, ongoing consulting, change management, data migration, or legal franchise design.
What may happen afterward
Your team uses the assessment to guide its work.
Thirty Five helps test the model in one contained area.
Thirty Five works with leadership to build and deploy the model.
Measure, improve, and expand the model over time.
Any future engagement is scoped separately. The assessment stands on its own.
